PmWiki defaults to iso-8859-1 but can support other character sets.
For testing I've enabled iso-8859-2 in the PmWikiCs group on pmichaud.com,
if the iso-8859-2 support works there I'll be able to include it in
the i18n.tgz distribution.

(I've assumed from your email address that you're hoping to support
Czech--if you're wanting to do another language in iso-8859-2 then
other groups can be set up as well.)

Try the iso-8859-2 characters out at
   http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/PmWikiCs/Sandbox

If it works, then you can see about adding translations to
   http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/PmWikiCs/PmWikiCs
   http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/PmWikiCs/XLPage
and I'll get the appropriate files added to i18n.tgz.

If you're wanting a different language besides Czech, you can also create
a new group for it on pmichaud.com (or ask me and I'll be glad to set it
up).
