Why can't attach be a button in EditFmt that pops up a form that 
browses your filesystem and/or the uploads directory for a desired file 
and has fields to specify alt and title tags as well as link, height, 
border, padding and margin attributes? You could also have upload 
username and password in the same form.
The current sequence is a bit odd, in that you have to edit the page, 
preview, fill out the password form, upload an image, select the image 
from the uploads directory, preview again.
