I like it.  For what it's worth, I also liked the idea of having the 
text "create" in small superscripted text.

(And yes, I agree with whoever it was who said that '?' is an icon, in 
a sense.  But I like the argument for having it anyway as a matter of 
consistency with other wikis.  Of course it can always be changed 
locally.)
