Hi

Here's the contents of a mail notification I just received....

  Recent wiki posts:

  2004-01-17 at 02:15 - FAQ.PDF
  2004-01-17 at 02:43 - LyX.LyXMathebefehle

as maybe you can guess, I'd prefer not getting *all* of those lines (*)
for 'Site.LocalConfiguration'.

Is there some way to get the mail notification to contain something like
this:

  Recent wiki posts:

  2004-01-17 at 01:33 - Site.LocalConfiguration (20 posts to 02:06)
  2004-01-17 at 02:15 - FAQ.PDF (2 posts to 02:15)
  2004-01-17 at 02:43 - LyX.LyXMathebefehle

or perhaps like this:

  2004-01-17 during 01:33-02:06, 20 posts: Site.LocalConfiguration
  2004-01-17 during 02:15-02:15, 2 posts: FAQ.PDF
  2004-01-17 at 02:43 1 post : LyX.LyXMathebefehle

or like this

  20 posts on 2004-01-17 during 01:33-02:06 - Site.LocalConfiguration
   2 posts on 2004-01-17 during 02:15-02:15 - FAQ.PDF
   1 post on 2004-01-17 at 02:34 - LyX.LyXMathebefehle

or strictly as a table:

  #Posts Date Time Page
    20 2004-01-17	01:33-02:06	Site.LocalConfiguration
     2 2004-01-17	02:15-02:15	FAQ.PDF
     1 2004-01-17	02:34 LyX.LyXMathebefehle

Anyway, these were just suggestions, and perhaps more intended for the
future if it's not easily changed today. Speaking of the future,
when/if we start logging user names, that information should perhaps
also be added, so changes should wait for that.

Maybe it'd interesting to allow the mail posts to be sorted according
to page, rather than time, i.e. something like this:

  Page Date Time #Posts By
  Site.LocalConfiguration 2004-01-17 01:33-02:06 20 Christian
  FAQ.PDF 2004-01-17 02:15-02:15 2 132.237.42.45
  LyX.LyXMathebefehle 2004-01-17 02:34 Uwe

Well, I guess my simple question got out of hand again :-)

/Christian

PS.

(*) The reason it's modified so frequently is that I'm using pmwiki-mode
for emacs, so I've gotten into the habit of doing minor changes to
the wiki page, then pressing C-c C-c to upload changes to the wiki site,
look at the changes make some more changes and press C-c C-c again...
