Adding a tip of the day is a good idea, but don't let it replace the 
QuickReference!  Perhaps you, as an experienced PmWiki user, remember exactly 
how all the common markup works, but newbies like me and occasional posters 
don't.  Then throw in PmWiki's wonderful ability to have custom markup, and 
everyone has to open TextFormattingRules for the first two months to make posts 
whose markup isn't dead simple.

Not all these tips will be appropriate on the editing page, either.  Maybe 
today's tip -- or a link to it -- should be included and highlighted on the 
sidebar instead?
