They're in the $WikiPageExistsFmt and $UrlLinkFmt variables, which
specify the markup to be used for links to existing wiki pages and
links to urls.  There's also a $WikiPageCreateFmt which specifies
the markup for links to non-existing wiki pages.

I've added this information to the PmWiki.LinkVariables page.
