[Pmwiki-users] minor pmwiki 0.6.0 annoyance

Well, this has always been the case--the same-named QuickLinks in 
PmWiki 0.5 also took someone to the PmWiki site.  We can always change
the default sidebar to read PmWiki:Cookbook and PmWiki:Development
or something like that if it's really needed.
