[Pmwiki-users] Fix for EditQuickReference page links when wikiword linking is disabled

The EditQuickReference page, which one normally sees below the edit area
during a page edit, contains two wikiword links that normally appear as
the first line of the quick reference and provide convenient access to
TextFormattingRules and TipsForEditing.

These links do not work (act as links) if wikiword links are disabled.

The fix for this is to edit the EditQuickReference page (can be found
by searching for "textformattingrules") and change the following
    PmWiki/TextFormattingRules - PmWiki/TipsForEditing 
to 
    [[PmWiki/TextFormattingRules]] - [[PmWiki/TipsForEditing]]
