You're correct -- it's even a fairly serious bug, introduced in
2.0.beta7 when I tried to fix urls containing %'s (such as international
pagenames) and unwanted interactions with WikiStyles.

I've now fixed it on pmwiki.org and will release it as 2.0.beta13 in
just a bit.  Thanks!
