You may also wish to consider the wiki subpages cookbook recipe. See
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/SubpageMarkup

Subpages are not a substitute for true hierarchical groups. However, 
depending on what problem you wish to solve, subpages may help you
solve it. The page includes a couple of examples where subpages can
be useful.
