[Pmwiki-users] Brainstorm (Chat)

This is another development idea.  Not irc chat, but PmWiki chat.

I'm  beign called for dinner, so this will be real quick!

Assuming the feature that shows all on-line users is active.  You click
"Send PmWiki Message" .. a form comes up with all the active users listed.
You select one from the list.  You type your message.  You click Send.  The
next time that specific user/author performes any action on PmWiki (eg.
Calls the pmwiki.php script in any way shape or form), a little "Message:
.... " get's appended to the top/bottom of his next page view with a link to
reply to the message (which opens in a different window with a similar form
where he/she can reply to the message).
