[Pmwiki-users] FmtPageName()

Well, FmtPageName() does a couple of things, but it's primary purpose is
to do string interpolation on strings containing $-substitutions.
Primarily it wants to be able to do the substitutions for $Group, $Title,
$Tlink, $PageName, $PageUrl, and other items that are specific to a 
particular page name, but it also handles substitutions of other global 
variables and the i18n translations (e.g., $[Search]).
