[Pmwiki-users] Temporary files being created and not deleted

I've encountered it in a number of my installations--it appears to be
something to do with problems with diff/patch being unable to handle
files (wiki pages) that don't have a trailing newline.  I've noticed it 
before but haven't put a lot of time/effort into trying to figure out what 
causes it or how to avoid it.  I simply delete the txt*.orig and txt*.rej
files from time to time -- they aren't needed for anything.
