In order to do page revisions and restores PmWiki depends on
the availability of the Unix 'diff' and 'patch' commands.  A future
version of PmWiki may have a version of the 'diff' code built
directly into PmWiki -- but until then there's not much I can do for
Windows systems without having a compatible diff/patch library.
