[pmwiki-devel] Toggle recipe init option when used in sidebar

I have observed an issue where when using Toggle
<https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Toggle-Talk>, the option init=hide no
longer works (the text is not hidden on page load), at least when used in a
side bar of header. This has been a problem for some time.

I have reached out unsuccessfully.
Not being a JavaScript developer I wonder if anyone else has noticed this
issue and perhaps has their own fix for this.
Or any other suggestions.
