[pmwiki-devel] UrlApprovals Token Issue

If you have customized $UnapprovedLinkFmt, you should update it to 
include the token argument $TokenName=$TokenValue in the link URL, 
something like:

    href='{\$PageUrl}?action=approvesites&\$TokenName=\$TokenValue'

Now added to PmWiki:Upgrades.

Otherwise it should work with the tokens.
