[pmwiki-devel] updated notebook demo, with new additions

Hi,
I have update notebook using Php-7.3.31 and PmWiki-2.3.13.

About Notebook:
"Notebook - Web app to effectively manage/organize personal notes"

Still have not uploaded individual updated recipes as new issues keep 
coming out, mainly due to upgrade to Php-8.x.
Current used recipes are:
1. insteps
     Notebook (base framework)

     Phplm
     Precode

     Txtdb
     Pmwiki-dt
     Qnotes
2. third-party (mostly from PmWiki/Cookbook)

     Lesssimpletodo2 (modified version of lesssimpletodo)
     Markupexprplus
     Mimetex-vc  (new)
     Mini
     Pmgraphviz  (new)
     Reminder
     Sortable (would be replaced by in-build version)
     Syntaxlove
     Wikicolorsplus
     Wsplus
     XToDo
     Xmlpagestore (also works, replace by PageStorePlain now)

I use Notebook to manage everyday notes.
Suggestion are welcomed.
