[pmwiki-devel] PDF to image recipe

I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe that display a PDF (or the firstpage)

],
or would this make a good extension to, say, ThumbList.

I'd be keen to do it if there isn't one, but would need help, as it
involves file manipulation.
