[pmwiki-devel] Pmwiki doesn't ask password

You need to edit config.php to turn on passwords in pmWiki.

The permissions of wiki.d do not affect pmwiki passwords. (The 
permissions do affect what other programs can read the directory.)

Also, FTPing all the files is not a good way to do it. You should have 
the program create wiki.d, then copy the data into it.
