[pmwiki-devel] (:include from to:) won't work if anchors nested ?

I see its intentional and I think I see the point why. Even if it would
work in my case its hard to keep correct html markup in the general
case. Sadly it seams the design is made for people who don't know what
they are doing. But I found a kind of work-around for my case.
