Did you have ZAP installed?  While the instructions did say three ZAP
modules are required (ZAP, ZAPfiles, and ZAPplus), it also said no
recipes needed to be installed.  Perhaps it should be rewritten to
clarify that those do need to be downloaded and enabled if they are
not already.
