[pmwiki-devel] bizarre IE bug...

Well, still not sure precisely where the problem was, but I seem to
have fixed it.  I copied the php file from my main skin to the chat
skin and it now works. Both at home and on my server.  Evidently there
are some lines in there that are necessary for IE.

Since I'm not really using any advanced features in the chat skin I
may start deleting sections of the php function and see if I can't
pinpoint exactly what is needed, but ZAPchat is at least working for
now.
